Tim has more than 15 years experience in Commercial Property including Valuation, Land Acquisition, Land Sales, Property Management, and Development Management Experience. After returning to New Zealand from Australia in 2010, Tim spent 10 years with recognised Property Developer Wallace Development Company initially as their National Property Manager then Development Manager for the Lower North Island.
During this time Tim completed numerous Commercial Development Projects throughout the Lower North Island with national and international clients such as BP, PlaceMakers, Department of Corrections, FMG, Forsyth Barr, AA, Rabobank, Kiwibank, City Fitness, TAB, ASB Bank, Quest Hotel Apartments, WSP, and PowerCo to name a few.
